When and how did you meet?

Harry first approached Vaishali in 2016 at a Halloween house party during university where she was dressed as an Oompa Loompa - with the green hair and bright orange face! Harry must have been feeling brave in his Rambo costume. Nothing came of that until they met again at a club. He asked for her number but she replied her phone was broken (which was true!), however, he took this as a rejection. It must have been fate because they met again at another house party and got chatting. As he was leaving, he finally secured her number and the rest was history.

What is your favourite memory of your big day?

Our favourite memory was the moment we made eye contact when Vaishali walked down the aisle.
For that second it felt like everything else paused and we were the only ones in the barn. It was a real,
emotional moment between us that we’ll always remember.

Why is it your favourite image?

This is our favourite image because it captures the exact feeling of the moment, just the two of us under
the fairy lights, completely in our own little world. The fairy lights, the shadows, and the spotlight on us
make the whole scene feel magical and intimate. Even though you can’t see our expressions properly, the
photo still shows the emotion of the moment from the way we’re holding each other and the calmness in
the middle of the busy room.

Any tips for couples planning their wedding?

Pick your top priorities (for us it was venue, food & drink and photography) and focus your budget there.

Choose suppliers you trust so you can relax on the day. They are the ones who will make your dreams
come true!

Try not to overload the schedule and add buffer time.

Do what feels right for you, not everyone else as it's truly YOUR day.
